Send an enquiry or contact us on WhatsApp. Tell us about your business, your existing website and the problem you want to solve. We can arrange an online discussion where useful. Do not send passwords in the initial message.
Agree the scope and quote.
We identify the pages, features, integrations and support you need. Your proposal explains what is included, what you need to provide, milestones, payment arrangements and any recurring costs. Unclear requirements are resolved before development.
Review working progress.
Design and development are shared at agreed review points. You provide consolidated feedback, and we work through the agreed changes. Requests beyond the original scope are discussed and priced before implementation.
Check, launch and hand over.
We check the agreed pages, forms and key workflows, complete the launch checklist and arrange deployment. You receive the access and documentation included in the proposal. Hosting and third-party accounts should have clear ownership.
Keep the website cared for.
Choose an ongoing maintenance plan if you need updates, backups, fixes or future improvements. We define coverage, included work and how to contact us. A one-off project and a recurring care plan are separate agreements unless the proposal says otherwise.
What we need from you
A main contact person, timely feedback and the agreed content and access. For international projects, we agree meeting times and communication hours together. Everything can be discussed, reviewed and handed over online.
